Salary Range:
From $59671 to $75785 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Eligible for transfer, reachable on the appropriate eligibility list or meet the minimum qualifications for a provisional appointment:
TRANSITIONAL
Qualifications:
Must be a qualified employee of New York State AND have had three months of permanent competitive or 55 b/c service in a professional nursing title allocated to grade 15 or higher. OPEN COMPETITIVE
Qualifications:
Must have a license and current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State AND have two years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience AND you must meet one of the following requirements:
1. A bachelor's or master's degree in nursing, nursing administration, the biological sciences, public health, epidemiology, public administration in a health care area, health care administration, or hospital services administration. 2. Two additional years of nursing experience in which 50 percent of your time was spent in administration, development, or implementation of an infection control program. 3. A current national certificate in infection control issued by the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology. There is a Geographical Pay Differential of $12,871 annually (not included in the above salary). Method of Selection:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
